In this group, you'll find a community of like-minded women ready to cheer you on! Each week, you'll receive 3 video workouts covering all muscle groups and lasting around 30 minutes each. You'll also get 1 bonus workout that's 15-20 minutes long. Each week, there is a weekly meal guide offered full of ideas and recipes to help you with meal planning. This group offers nutrition advice and 1-1 coaching, lifestyle and health assistance, and so much more!

About
I started Work It Like A Woman in 2023 as an extension of my group fitness studio. It all began when my members were asking for extra workouts they could do throughout the week, so I started by simply setting up my phone and recording some sessions. After a few months, I saw the potential to grow this into something much bigger—something that could reach beyond our local community and inspire more women to move, feel empowered, and work out on their own schedules.
